Job Description
We seek Sales Development Representative (SDR) Interns to join our India branch office in Kolkata. As an SDR Intern, you will be critical in generating new business opportunities by identifying and qualifying leads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through outbound efforts such as cold calling, emailing, and other strategies.
- Inbound Lead Management: Handle incoming leads, assess their potential, and provide timely responses.
- Phone Outreach for Inbound Leads: Conduct calls to prospects across Asia and the EU, introduce OpenLM’s products and services, and schedule meetings.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and opportunities in the CRM system.
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Ability to effectively engage with prospects over the phone.
- Adaptability to changing priorities and dynamic work environments.
