The solution is to clear the cache of the browser. Itโs an action that needs to be done once.
Please keep in mind that deleting the cache may cause problems such as:
– Losing
Delete OpenLM Cookie in IE8 (windows vista and above)
At the โToolsโ menu navigate to โInternet Optionsโ.
Click on โsettingsโ button on โBrowsing Historyโ section:
At the โTemporary Internet Files and History Settingsโ click โView filesโ button:
At the explorer window, which is opened at
โC:Users<User Name>AppDataLocalMicrosoftWindowsTemporary Internet Filesโ
look for a file with the name: โcookie:<user name>@<openlm server location>/โ.
For example – if the user name is smith and OpenLM is installed at the local computer, search for โcookie:smith@localhost/โ.
When you find it – delete it.
If you canโt find this file, continue to the next step:
At windows explorer, open โOrganizeโ menu and select โFolders and search optionsโ:
At โFolder Optionsโ window move to โViewโ TAB and uncheck โHide protected operating system files (Recommended)โ. Answer โYesโ at the warning and click โOKโ.
Now navigate to: C:Users<user name>AppDataRoamingMicrosoftWindowsCookiesLow ย and look there for the file with the name: โcookie:<user name>@<openlm server location>/โ. When you find it – delete it.
After you finished, donโt forget to re-check โHide protected operating system files (Recommended)โ
Delete OpenLM Cookies in FF
Tools –> Options –> Privacy
Change to โUse custom settings for historyโ at the combo box and click โShow Cookies…โ
At the title, search for the OpenLM site (for example – if OpenLM is installed on current machine – search for โlocalhostโ)
Find the required cookie (see list below) and click โRemove Cookieโ.
