To date, 1500+ organizations across the globe from 15+ industries have leveraged OpenLM and experienced a significant boost in ROI. Some of our customers have been with us for more than ten years. Due to our prolonged association with these organizations, we refer to them as our legacy customers.
Why we are updating pricing for our legacy customers: Effective from October 1, 2024
For years, we have tried to avoid price changes for our legacy customers. However, we made significant product enhancements in this phase. This year, we will introduce a comprehensive upgrade, OpenLM SLM 1.X—Annapurna (earlier referred to as OpenLM NewGen), a license management solution based on modern architecture with significantly wider capabilities and scalability.
Now, to match the new functionalities and overall increasing cost, we are updating the pricing for these legacy customers to our current pricing—for both subscription and perpetual.
Notably, OpenLM SLM 1.X—Annapurna will be available to our customers under maintenance agreements. Consult our deployment engineers for system requirements and a migration path forward.
