OpenLM integrates with Autodesk Cloud to collect license usage data and Autodesk account statistics.

Before you begin

• An active OpenLM Platform tenant.
• An Autodesk account administrator who can grant OpenLM Support the credentials it needs.

How OpenLM monitors Autodesk Cloud

OpenLM connects to your Autodesk account on a schedule, retrieves license entitlement and usage data, and presents it in OpenLM Platform alongside your on-premises license servers. Reports refresh on the same cadence as your other OpenLM data sources.

Support assistance required

OpenLM Support configures this integration for your tenant. Open a ticket from the Customer Portal with:

• Your OpenLM tenant name
• Your Autodesk account ID
• Confirmation that an Autodesk administrator is available to authorize the connection

What you receive after activation

• Autodesk license usage in OpenLM Platform reports.
• Allocation data alongside your on-premises license servers.
