OpenLM integrates with Autodesk Cloud to collect license usage data and Autodesk account statistics.

## Before you begin

- An active OpenLM Platform tenant.
- An Autodesk account administrator who can grant OpenLM Support the credentials it needs.

## How OpenLM monitors Autodesk Cloud

OpenLM connects to your Autodesk account on a schedule, retrieves license entitlement and usage data, and presents it in OpenLM Platform alongside your on-premises license servers. Reports refresh on the same cadence as your other OpenLM data sources.

OpenLM Support configures this integration for your tenant. Open a ticket from the [Customer Portal](https://customer.openlm.com) with:

- Your OpenLM tenant name
- Your Autodesk account ID
- Confirmation that an Autodesk administrator is available to authorize the connection
