This guide describes how to configure OpenLM with the NVIDIA License Manager to monitor license usage and collect statistics.

## Before you begin

- OpenLM Platform
- OpenLM Broker v25.x or higher installed on the same machine as the NVIDIA License Manager, and approve it in [Broker Hub](https://openlm.com/documentation/cloud/data-collection/broker-hub).

## Configure OpenLM Broker

1. Open Broker UI at http://localhost:5090/.

1. Go to License Managers → Add License Manager.

1. Go to License Servers → click Add.

1. Configure:
    1. Type: Nvidia
    1. Description: server name
    1. Time Zone: license server time zone
    1. Hostname and Port: server details
    1. Is Triad Configuration: check if applicable
    1. UserPassword: Nvidia admin portal username and password
    1. Is secure connection (https): check if applicable
    1. Use Broker: unchecked
    1. Read license file: unchecked

1. Click Apply.

## Approve Nvidia License Manager in OpenLM Platform

1. Sign in to OpenLM Platform.
2. From the menu, go to **License Servers** → **Pending Server**.
3. Select the Nvidia License Manager license manager, then select **Approve and Merge**.

## Verify the integration

1. In OpenLM Platform, go to **License Servers Live** → **Server Statistics**.
2. Confirm Nvidia License Manager appears with a green status indicator.

It can take up to 3 minutes for the status to update for a new connection.
