• Adobe Cloud-side administrator access who can authorize the connection.

How OpenLM monitors Adobe Cloud

OpenLM Support configures the connection between your Adobe Cloud account and your OpenLM tenant. Once activated, Adobe Cloud usage data appears in OpenLM Platform alongside your other data sources, refreshed on the same cadence as the rest of your integrations.

Support assistance required

OpenLM Support configures this integration for your tenant. Open a ticket from the Customer Portal with:

• Your OpenLM tenant name
• Your Adobe Cloud account ID
• Confirmation that a Adobe Cloud administrator is available to authorize the connection

What you receive after activation

• Adobe Cloud usage data in OpenLM Platform reports.
• Allocation data alongside your other data sources.
