Altair provides simulation, high-performance computing, and data analytics software used across various industries, particularly in engineering and manufacturing. Its products like HyperWorks and solidThinking help companies with design, modeling, and simulation.

Before you begin​

  • An active OpenLM Platform tenant.
  • Altair-side administrator access who can authorize the connection.

How OpenLM monitors Altair​

OpenLM Support configures the connection between your Altair account and your OpenLM tenant. Once activated, Altair usage data appears in OpenLM Platform alongside your other data sources, refreshed on the same cadence as the rest of your integrations.

Support assistance required

OpenLM Support configures this integration for your tenant. Open a ticket from the Customer Portal with:

  • Your OpenLM tenant name
  • Your Altair account ID
  • Confirmation that a Altair administrator is available to authorize the connection

What you receive after activation​

  • Altair usage data in OpenLM Platform reports.
  • Allocation data alongside your other data sources.
