OpenLM connects to SaaS platforms through OpenLM Cloud Broker. Each integration follows the same shape: generate a credential in the SaaS platform, add it to OpenLM Cloud Broker, approve the data source in OpenLM Platform, then verify the data flow. Select a platform to see its configuration steps.

If a platform is marked as **Support assistance required**, OpenLM Support configures the integration for your tenant — open a ticket from the [Customer Portal](https://customer.openlm.com).
