Before you begin​

  • An active OpenLM Platform tenant.
  • LinkedIn Sales Navigator-side administrator access who can authorize the connection.

How OpenLM monitors LinkedIn Sales Navigator​

OpenLM Support configures the connection between your LinkedIn Sales Navigator account and your OpenLM tenant. Once activated, LinkedIn Sales Navigator usage data appears in OpenLM Platform alongside your other data sources, refreshed on the same cadence as the rest of your integrations.

Support assistance required

OpenLM Support configures this integration for your tenant. Open a ticket from the Customer Portal with:

  • Your OpenLM tenant name
  • Your LinkedIn Sales Navigator account ID
  • Confirmation that a LinkedIn Sales Navigator administrator is available to authorize the connection

What you receive after activation​

  • LinkedIn Sales Navigator usage data in OpenLM Platform reports.
  • Allocation data alongside your other data sources.
