Syncfusion

Syncfusion provides a comprehensive suite of software components and frameworks for building modern web, mobile, and desktop applications. It's used by developers to create user interfaces and other features.

Before you begin​

  • An active OpenLM Platform tenant.
  • Syncfusion-side administrator access who can authorize the connection.

How OpenLM monitors Syncfusion​

OpenLM Support configures the connection between your Syncfusion account and your OpenLM tenant. Once activated, Syncfusion usage data appears in OpenLM Platform alongside your other data sources, refreshed on the same cadence as the rest of your integrations.

Support assistance required

OpenLM Support configures this integration for your tenant. Open a ticket from the Customer Portal with:

  • Your OpenLM tenant name
  • Your Syncfusion account ID
  • Confirmation that a Syncfusion administrator is available to authorize the connection

What you receive after activation​

  • Syncfusion usage data in OpenLM Platform reports.
  • Allocation data alongside your other data sources.
