Before you begin​

  • An active OpenLM Platform tenant.
  • ZoomInfo-side administrator access who can authorize the connection.

How OpenLM monitors ZoomInfo​

OpenLM Support configures the connection between your ZoomInfo account and your OpenLM tenant. Once activated, ZoomInfo usage data appears in OpenLM Platform alongside your other data sources, refreshed on the same cadence as the rest of your integrations.

Support assistance required

OpenLM Support configures this integration for your tenant. Open a ticket from the Customer Portal with:

  • Your OpenLM tenant name
  • Your ZoomInfo account ID
  • Confirmation that a ZoomInfo administrator is available to authorize the connection

What you receive after activation​

  • ZoomInfo usage data in OpenLM Platform reports.
  • Allocation data alongside your other data sources.
