Checking License Availability

Before launching a licensed application, you can check whether a license is currently available.

From the portal

1. Log in to the OpenLM portal (URL provided by your administrator).
2. Navigate to License Availability or search for the product name.
3. The dashboard shows how many licenses are in use and how many are free.

Tips

• If all licenses are in use, check back in a few minutes — licenses are often released after a session ends.
• Contact your administrator if you consistently cannot get a license when you need one.
