Before launching a licensed application, you can check whether a license is currently available.

## From the portal

1. Log in to the OpenLM portal (URL provided by your administrator).
2. Navigate to **License Availability** or search for the product name.
3. The dashboard shows how many licenses are in use and how many are free.

## Tips

- If all licenses are in use, check back in a few minutes — licenses are often released after a session ends.
- Contact your administrator if you consistently cannot get a license when you need one.
