## Overview

Use **Products** to view and manage the OpenLM services that are active for your account. You can also activate services here. The **Active products** list shows all activated products. Select a product name to open its user interface, or select **Learn more** for product details.

## System products

There are 10 system products that are active by default, regardless of the license in place. These system products always appear in **Active products**.

- Agent Activity Manager
- AgentsHub
- Audit
- Broker Hub
- Cloud Broker
- Identity service
- Notifications 
- Reporting
- Users and Groups 
- License Manager 
## View products

1. In the OpenLM portal, open **Products**.
2. Review the **Active products** list.
3. Use the **Lite view** and **Detailed view** toggle to change the card layout.

- **Lite view** shows a compact card layout.
- **Detailed view** shows product descriptions and included services.

## Configure default roles

Each product includes a **Settings** option for default role assignment.

1. On the product card, select **Settings**.
2. In **Default role**, select the role you want assigned by default.
3. Select **Save**.

The assigned default role is **Viewer** and is automatically preselected when you create a new user.
