Definition: An analytical report that evaluates usage of licenses assigned to specific named users. It helps assess license efficiency and detect inactive or unused assignments.

Values displayed:

  • Server Name: The license server managing the named licenses.
  • Feature Name: The specific licensed feature or module.

  • Asset Info: Asset information related to the license.
  • Quantity: Total number of purchased named licenses for each feature.
  • Allocated: Number of licenses currently assigned to users.
  • Available Licenses: Remaining unassigned licenses.
  • Utilization Percentage: Shows how much of the purchased license pool is actively assigned.

  • License Type: Users can select any license type from this filter.

  • Feature Name: Users can select any feature name from this filter.
