# OpenText (Spicer)

OpenLM は次と連携できます： OpenText to ライセンス使用状況を監視し、統計を収集します。 This guide is based on integration with OpenLM Broker v4.8.8 or higher. For older Broker versions using the EventLog Monitor tool, see this KB.

## はじめに

- OpenLM Platform。
- OpenText と同じマシンにインストールされ、[Broker Hub](https://openlm.com/documentation/ja/cloud/data-collection/broker-hub) で承認された OpenLM Broker v25.x 以降。

## 監視機能

Using Broker also allows buffered communication and remote start/stop of the license manager service.

## OpenLM Broker の設定

*OpenLM と OpenText の連携*

1. Broker UI を開きます： http://localhost:5090/.

1. **License Managers** → **Add License Manager** を開きます。

1. In License Manager Type, select OpenText. **Apply** をクリックします。

1. **Vendors** で、 enter the name you want shown in reports (for example, OpenText).

1. **Log Files** で、 **Add** をクリックします Log File and 次の場所を参照します： the OpenText log file path (for example, C:\OpenText\ImgLM_##_##_##.txt).

1. Click Advanced and activate Watch Files by Pattern.

1. **Apply** をクリックします。

1. Open the opentext@PORT.properties file in the Broker installation folder and adjust settings:

    - monitored.log.next: newest (default) or newer for testing.

    - date.format: default MM/dd/yyyy HH:mm:ss.

    - opentext.feature.name: feature to monitor (for example, OpenText Desktop Viewer).

    - `total.<FeatureName>`: total licenses for that feature (for example, total. OpenText Desktop Viewer=10).

1. Save changes and Restart Broker.

## OpenLM Platform で OpenText (Spicer) を承認

1. OpenLM Platform にサインインします。
2. メニューから **License Servers** → **Pending Server** を開きます。
3. OpenText (Spicer) ライセンスマネージャーを選択し、**Approve and Merge** をクリックします。

## 連携の検証

1. OpenLM Platform で **License Servers Live** → **Server Statistics** を開きます。
2. OpenText (Spicer) が緑のステータスで表示されることを確認します。
