Atlas MongoDB

To begin monitoring Atlas MongoDB, ensure you have the following components and permissions in place:

• OpenLM コンポーネント: Broker Hub で承認された OpenLM Cloud Broker。
• プラットフォーム固有の要件: You'll need administrative access to your MongoDB Atlas account to generate a public and private API key with the necessary read permissions for cluster and usage data.

データ収集の構成

1. Follow these step-by-step instructions to set up data collection for Atlas MongoDB in OpenLM Cloud Broker:
2. In Atlas, go to the Organization Access Manager page.
3. If it's not already displayed, select your desired organization from the Organizations menu in the navigation bar.
4. Select Organization Access from the Access Manager menu in the navigation bar.
5. Click Access Manager in the sidebar.
6. The Organization Access Manager page displays.
7. Click Add new Service Account.
8. Enter the service account information.
9. Enter a Name.
10. Enter a Description.
11. Select a duration from the Client Secret Expiration menu.
12. From the Organization Permissions menu, select the new role or roles for the service account.
13. Click Create.
14. Copy and save the Client Secret
15. Add an API Access List Entry.
16. Click Add Access List Entry.
17. Enter an IP address or CIDR block from which you want Atlas to accept API requests for this service account.
18. You can also click Use Current IP Address if the host you are using to access Atlas will also make API requests using this service account.
19. Save をクリックします。

Add Credentials: In the OpenLM Cloud Broker dashboard, find the Atlas MongoDB integration and enter your Organization ID, Public Key and Private Key.

Verify Connection: Test the connection to ensure that OpenLM can successfully retrieve data.

Approve in OpenLM: Approve the new data source within the License Servers section.

See Data: Usage data for Atlas MongoDB will now be visible in the OpenLM Allocation service.

OpenLM Platform で Atlas MongoDB を承認

1. OpenLM Platform にサインインします。
2. メニューから License Servers → Pending Server を開きます。
3. Atlas MongoDB データソースを選択し、Approve and Merge をクリックします。

連携の検証

1. OpenLM Platform で Allocation を開きます。
2. Atlas MongoDB の利用状況データが表示されることを確認します。

注意

承認後、データの反映まで最大 3 分かかります。

• ユーザーアクティビティの推移 — プラットフォームで活発に活動しているユーザーを把握し、シートの再配分に活用できます。
• 期限切れまたは未使用ライセンス — 非アクティブなユーザーを特定し、シートを回収します。
