### Added

- 71421: Added support for encrypted Client Authorization files. Encrypted auth files can now be loaded for Client ID and Client Secret configuration, using a new module with AES decryption and obfuscated keys. The auth config parser was updated to handle field aliases and case variations. Plain-text auth files continue to work without changes.
