Core functionalities
One registry for all hardware keys
Centralize all your hardware license keys into one registry. Maintain one single source of truth for everything related to licensing and dongles.Â
Know where your dongles are
Obtain full transparency of the location of your assets compiled and stored securely on the cloud.
Centralized alert management
Track and see the usage of your license dongles for any time frame you specify.
Access the most relevant data
We collect the data, you choose how to filter it: by device name, manufacturer, hostname, username, or time frame.
Integration with Alerts services ‒ Track any blacklisted device
As you have defined a list of allowed devices, you can also set alerts for any unauthorized dongle. You can also set notifications for devices (regardless of their status) that are getting disconnected.
Flexible actions
When an alert is triggered, you can trigger email notifications, generate tickets in your ticketing system, or both.
Respond in real-time to dongles taken off the network
Introducing offline monitoring
Offline monitoring is a new functionality added to Dongle Monitoring. It records dongle usage even when the device is disconnected from the network.
This is particularly useful for scenarios where users need to work remotely (places where connection to the OpenLM system machine is unavailable), such as engineers during any field work.
Once reconnected to the OpenLM system, the dongle will report all buffered usage data, allowing administrators to gain a complete picture of dongle usage and make more informed decisions about license allocation.
- Prevent software downtime: Proactive alerts help address issues before they impact users.
- Streamline issue resolution: Integrate with your ticketing system for automated issue tracking.
- Ensure peace of mind: Ensure continuous monitoring and awareness of your license environment's health.
Simplify dongle management by consolidating
