Occasional travel- 

An Implementation Consultant is a client-facing professional who guides customers through the implementation and technical setup of products or services. This role is essential in ensuring the successful deployment and adoption of solutions by leveraging technical expertise, exceptional customer service, and close collaboration with sales and product teams. The position also requires occasional travel for business purposes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Expertise: Leverage in-depth knowledge of the product’s capabilities and features to provide expert guidance and support throughout the implementation process.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring successful implementation and high levels of satisfaction.
• Product Training & Onboarding: Deliver training and onboarding sessions to customers, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to use the product effectively.
• Sales Support & Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to support the sales process, identify upselling opportunities, and help drive customer retention.
• Product Performance Monitoring: Track the performance of the implemented solution, providing feedback and detailed reports to product teams and stakeholders to inform ongoing product improvements.

Requirements:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with customers, team members, and subject matter experts.

Ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts to technical stakeholders.Role: Implementation Consultant
