General
This role is responsible for crafting engaging and informative videos for our audience. We aim to educate the audience on OpenLM’s products, services, and industry-related topics in a short and creative manner. These videos will play a crucial role in increasing engagement and brand awareness and educating our audience about our products and services.
Job scope
The Video Content creator will be responsible for the end-to-end process of video creation, from conceptualization and scriptwriting to design and final publication.

Marketing Manager
Responsibilities
On-Camera Hosting:
1. Serve as the primary host for OpenLM’s video content, including product demonstrations, interviews, tutorials, and promotional videos.
2. Conduct interviews with members of the OpenLM team, clients, industry experts, and other relevant stakeholders to gather insights and perspectives for video content.
Product Understanding:
3. Develop a comprehensive understanding of OpenLM’s products and services to communicate their features and benefits in video content effectively. Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
Video Design and Production:
1. Utilize video editing tools and software to bring scripts to life visually.
2. Utilize modern AI tools in order to generate attractive video content.
3. Incorporate graphics, animations, and other visual elements to enhance the overall quality and engagement of the videos.
Content Publishing:
4. Manage the end-to-end process of video publishing across various platforms
5. Optimize videos for different channels and formats
Collaboration and Tracking:
6. Collaborate with different teams and departments to understand their requirements and incorporate feedback into video content.
7. Monitor and analyze the performance of videos to inform future content strategies and improvements.

Authority
The Video Content Creator can get in touch with different teams or departments within the organization to gather requirements, seek feedback, and ensure alignment with overall objectives.

1. Increase engagement and interaction with our audience through video content.
