OpenLM Work Schedule – Terms and Conditions

Welcome to OpenLM! Our company is dedicated to helping organizations optimize their software investments by maximizing software assets and licenses, leading to enhanced efficiency, utilization, and cost savings. OpenLM offers its products directly and through platforms such as Zoho.

This Terms and Conditions document pertains to the delivery of the OpenLM product via the Zoho Platform, specifically for the product listed on the Zoho Marketplace as “OpenLM Work Schedule.” The following sections provide detailed definitions and terms of use for this product.

Definitions

  • Name of Zoho Creator Application to be Published on Zoho Marketplace: OpenLM Work Schedule
  • Description of OpenLM Zoho Work Schedule: OpenLM Work Schedule is an application that gathers user leaves and user data daily from Zoho People and exposes this data through APIs to the OpenLM User Availability service installed on the customer server or OpenLM cloud. This information will be utilized by different OpenLM Services to enhance license utilization.

Acceptance of Terms

Users agree to the terms and conditions by checking the checkbox field when installing OpenLM Work Schedule.

Modification of Terms

OpenLM reserves the right to update these terms at any time by declaring new terms.

User Responsibilities

Users are permitted to benefit from and use “OpenLM Work Schedule” only in cooperation with other OpenLM products and by agreement with OpenLM. Users are not allowed to share OpenLM code and OpenLM licenses with third parties.

Prohibited Activities

It is strictly forbidden to share OpenLM code and OpenLM licenses with third parties.

Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to, trademarks, service marks, logos, images, and text, are owned by OpenLM and Zoho.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

  • Limitations:
    1. Leave periods of users are collected only from the current day of synchronization and all future days. Past leave periods are not collected.
    2. Synchronization occurs only once every 24 hours and cannot be set to a shorter interval.
    3. The maximum timeout for synchronization is 5 minutes. All user vacation data and user information must be collected and sent to the OpenLM User Availability service within this period.
    4. The customer’s IT team must provide access to the OpenLM User Availability service host and port via domain name or IP, with or without OpenLM Support assistance.
    5. OpenLM Work Schedule is developed according to Zoho platform limitations:

We process your personal information only when necessary and have a valid legal reason to do so under applicable law, such as your consent, compliance with laws, provision of services, fulfillment of contractual obligations, protection of your rights, or legitimate business interests.
