Products

Overview

Use Products to view and manage the OpenLM services that are active for your account. You can also activate services here. The Active products list shows all activated products. Select a product name to open its user interface, or select Learn more for product details.

System products

There are 10 system products that are active by default, regardless of the license in place. These system products always appear in Active products.

  • Audit
  • Broker Hub
  • Cloud Broker
  • Identity service
  • Notifications
  • Reporting
  • Users and Groups
  • License Manager

View products

  1. In the OpenLM portal, open Products.
  2. Review the Active products list.
  3. Use the Lite view and Detailed view toggle to change the card layout.
  • Lite view shows a compact card layout.
  • Detailed view shows product descriptions and included services.

Configure default roles

Each product includes a Settings option for default role assignment.

  1. On the product card, select Settings.
  2. In Default role, select the role you want assigned by default.
  3. Select Save.

The assigned default role is Viewer and is automatically preselected when you create a new user.
